In terms of what to actually expect from 33 Immortals, well, the team describes the game as a “co-op action roguelite” featuring — you guessed it — 33 players per game. That sounds like a pretty ambitious thing to launch and find balance for – so here’s hoping the title’s Xbox Game Preview release runs pretty smoothly out of the gate.
“33 Immortals is a co-op action-roguelike for 33 players. Play a damned soul, and rebel against God’s final judgment. Pick-up and raid, cooperate to survive hordes of monsters, defeat massive bosses, and face the wrath of God in a fight for your eternal life.”
Now, before we ask you folks how you’re feeling about this new XGP release, we will add that more games are expected to be added to the March lineup this week – and who knows, that could even include more shadow drops and day one releases. But for now, 33 Immortals is Xbox’s sole brand-new Game Pass title for the coming week.
